A simple guide to digital safety
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, scared, or unsure where to start, you’re in the right place. You don’t have to do this all at once. Just take it one step at a time.
Check your safety right now

Do they have access to your accounts? If you’re unsure, change your most important passwords first (email, banking, MyGov, iCloud/Google).
Could they be tracking your phone? If you suspect this, go to [Recognising Stalkerware] (link) to check.
Lock down your devices
Turn on two factor authentication for your key accounts.
Sign out of all devices except the one you control.
Check if your location is being shared (Find My iPhone, Google Location Sharing).
If possible, set up a new, secure email account for safety.
Choose your device below to follow the step by step lockdown guide.
Cover your digital tracks
Delete suspicious apps you didn’t install.
Clear browser history and turn off autofill passwords.
Check if your messages are being forwarded to another device.
